TAXI ARFON REFUNDS POLICY

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS POLICY                        

By booking any taxi & private hire service from our websites, you are entering into a contract with  Taxi Arfon taxi service & private hire service for the supply of services.

Any cancellation of the booking contract must be made in writing by email.

 

Cancellations must be made in writing by email addressed to and following your request. You will be entitled to a refund, depending on when you cancel your Booking, as follows:

• If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the Journey date in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 100 % of the value of your booking.

• If you cancel your booking between 14 days to 30 days before the Journey date in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 75% of the value of your booking.

• If you cancel your booking between 3 days to 10 days before the Journey date in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 40% of the value of your booking.

• If you cancel your booking on the same day or 3 days before the Journey date in your Booking, you will not be entitled to any refund. In the event you cancel your booking directly with the transport provider, we will email you asking you to confirm your cancellation. You will need to confirm your cancellation using the links sent to you in the email.

• Customer(s) who paid a deposit will be refunded or charged depending on the amount due as per condition

• If you wish to cancel a return leg of your journey, you will not be entitled to any refund.
